Just finished my ebay disaster

I just finished my ebay purchase and may I say it was a good experience in customer perception and confrontation. All email from him were to say, condensending. His tone was close to insulting. I made the mental decision that the only way to deal with the situation was use honey not salt if I was to get my purchase through. I agreed to pay for the upgraded model that would work on my computer.

It took me about email edicate, how a persons perceptions can be influenced by their content.

I just got an email from one of my clients I emailed yesterday, just asking a basic question but this will be my preferred means of contact that I shall push forward from now on.

Reading the chapter on customers I just read on their perceived value and this concept is very important. To get what I needed(customer need) and want(so I can watch my bluerays) I had to negotiate as I new in my best interest that the internet price was much cheaper than the stores.ice does pay an important role in our buying decisions.
